During my Christmas trip, I had a really great time at this hotel. The amenities were a highlight, with a lovely spa which was very relaxing after a long day on the slopes. The breakfast buffet was delicious and extensive, with a variety of options to choose from. Another positive was the hotel's location, with easy access to the ski resort.
My only complaint was that dinner was not included in the room rate and our favorite restaurant had been replaced. While the new restaurant was good, it would have been nice to have a free dinner included in the room rate, considering how much we paid for the hotel.

Immaculate cleanliness, great facilities including transportation and parking. Perfect location with easy access to this city's amazing ski slopes. Delicious breakfast, served with great warmth by the friendly staff.
For us, it was ideal.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury. the exclusive amenities are simply stunning. the Spa & wellness centre is truly relaxing and the massage was rejuvenating. the indoor swimming pool is just perfect for a dip after a long day of skiing. the bar has a great atmosphere and the special diet menus are full of interesting options.
I do have a minor issue with this hotel. While the restaurant was good, it would have been better if the dinner was included in the room rate.

the location is convenient but can be too crowded in high season. the room is quite small and the bathroom lacks space. Some of the staff can be unfriendly and unresponsive, we had to wait a long time for them to attend to our requests. Breakfast was satisfactory but lacked variety. Although, the spa and pool facilities were impressive, they become overcrowded in peak season.
The dinner options were limited and overpriced.

the hotel offered amazing ski-in/ski-out access, making it easy to hit the slopes each day. the spa was exquisite, offering a variety of treatments to help me relax after a long day of skiing. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was amazing, offering a great selection of food each morning.
the dinner menu was quite limited, and after a few days, I found myself getting a bit tired of the same options.
